产品介绍

花青素用于多种生物学应用,包括比较基因组杂交和基因芯片等。 根据结构,它们覆盖可见光谱和红外波长。Cy 3,Cy5和Cy7是流行的花青染料,特别是Cy3和Cy5通常用于2种颜色检测。Cy3染料发黄绿色荧光(ex / em = ~550 / 570),而Cy5在红色区域发荧光(ex / em = ~650 / 670nm)。这种非磺化花青不溶于水,主要用于标记寡核苷酸,肽和其他小分子。Cy7染料已越来越多地用于体内成像。
