图2.使用Cal-520 AM在CHO-M1细胞中测量了ATP剂量反应。 将CHO-M1细胞以50,000个细胞/ 100 µL /孔在黑色96孔板中过夜接种。 加入含1X Phenol Red Plus 细胞染色缓冲液的HH缓冲液中的100 µL 10ug / ml Cal-520 AM,并在37oC下孵育60分钟。 加入ATP(50µL /孔)以达到指示的浓度。
