产品介绍

硫代黄素T是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光染料。硫磺素T(ThT),也称为碱性黄1或CI 49005,是苯并噻唑盐。该染料用于可视化由阿尔茨海默病患者脑中发现的β-淀粉样蛋白组成的斑块。当它与β片层结合时,例如淀粉样蛋白寡聚体中的那些,染料经历其激发光谱的特征性的120nm红移,其可以在450nm处被选择性激发,产生482nm的荧光信号。ThT快速且特异性结合由合成β-淀粉样蛋白(1-40)形成的反平行β-折叠原纤维,但不结合单体或寡聚中间体。ThT的结合不会干扰β-淀粉样肽聚集成淀粉样蛋白原纤维。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供优质的硫代黄素T。
